Delivery Time

We are committed to dispatching your order as quickly as possible. If your payment is received before 4:00 PM on working days and the product is in stock, your order will be shipped the same day.
In most cases, you can expect delivery within 2 to 4 working days, depending on the courier’s transit times and your location.

To ensure the fastest processing, we recommend paying by credit card or PayPal. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your parcel.

Stock

The availability of each product is shown on our website. This information is updated in real time and reflects the current stock in our warehouse.

Shipping costs

Good news! The Lucas rollator is delivered free of charge to your home. We ship reliably and quickly with DPD, so you can start using it in no time.

When you are not at home

If the courier arrives and you are not available, they will try to deliver the package again the next working day. If you are not home on the second attempt, the parcel will automatically be sent to a nearby parcel shop or returned to us.

Pick-up

You are also welcome to collect your order from our showroom in the Netherlands. Please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment.
